Dr. Webb graduated from the University Of Waterloo School Of Optometry in 1977. He and Dr. Riederer established our clinic in that same year in a tiny location at the other end of Little Oak Mall.
Dr. Webb has contributed greatly over the years to our clinic and the profession of optometry. In 1987 and 1988 he was the head of the optometry regulatory body for British Columbia and later developed a novel contact lens care system. More recently, he has perfected a delivery system for non-preserved liquids for both eye-care and general health needs. He was BC’s optometrist of the year in 2001.
These days Dr. Webb is as enthusiastic as ever as he continues to provide premium quality eye care to all his patients.

Dr. Riederer graduated from the University Of Waterloo School Of Optometry in 1977. That same year, she and Dr. Webb set up an optometry clinic in Abbotsford. This clinic has grown, with the addition of other optometrists, to become the Complete Eye Care Optometry Clinic of today.
Dr. Riederer also has a Masters Degree, majoring in Learning Disabilities, from Simon Fraser University. Over the years she has lectured to educators and parents on visually related learning problems and incorporates this knowledge in her approach to children’s eye examinations. Dr. Riederer also enjoys seeing patients of all ages with a wide range of visual needs.
Dr. Riederer served as a Councilor on the BC Association of Optometrists for 18 years. During that time she represented the BCAO on the Vision Advisory Committee, an interdisciplinary government committee to oversee vision screening programs in the province. She was President of the BCAO from 2003 to 2005. She currently serves on the Ministry of Health’s Vision Screening Steering Committee. Additionally, Dr. Riederer is co-chair of BCAO’s Continuing Education committee.
Dr. Riederer received the Optometrist of the Year award from the BCAO in 2006.
In 2007 she was presented with a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Waterloo’s Faculty of Science

Since 1987, Dr. Hargrave has been practicing at Complete EyeCare Optometry in Abbotsford. Having lived in various parts of the country, he returned west upon graduating from the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry.
Dr. Hargrave is not only actively practicing in Abbotsford, but serves currently, and has in the past, on advisory committees on behalf of the profession provincially. This currently includes an advisory role at Douglas College for the Dispensing Optician Program.
His time away from the practice is easily filled with the activities of family. Theresa and he have six children, from toddler to teenager. Active in various roles in the community, from coaching to volunteer service, Dr. Hargrave and his family appreciate Abbotsford as a community to be a part of, and are grateful for the community support of Complete EyeCare.

Dr. Hankey graduated from the University of Waterloo School of optometry. She joined Drs. Webb, Riederer and Hargrave in 1991.
Dr. Hankey has enjoyed serving the eye care needs of our community. In her spare time, she continues playing piano (she earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Saskatchewan) mostly in local theater productions.
Dr. Hankey has served the profession of Optometry by being on the provincial council for five years as well as helping on various committees. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Bullock spent three years as a biology major at the University of Lethbridge before going to the University of Waterloo for his Doctor of Optometry degree. He graduated in 1997 and began practicing in Abbotsford with Drs. Webb, Riederer, Hargrave and Hankey that year. While a student, Dr. Bullock did research on the optics of the crystalline lens.
Dr. Bullock enjoys serving in the community in which he lives (Abbotsford). He is presently serving as a counselor with the BC Association of Optometrists. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has enjoyed our Vision Enhancement Center where he can practice Low Vision Therapy. He also enjoys the implementation of punctal plugs for dry eye treatment.

Dr. Mann was born and raised in Abbotsford. She completed her BSc. at UBC in 1994. She then continued her education at New England College of Optometry in Boston for four years where she graduated with her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1998.
Dr. Mann joined us at Complete Eyecare in 1999. She has brought many skills to our clinic including her ability to converse in Punjabi. Dr. Mann has been active in our community and in serving our profession.
She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has a special interest in the implementation of punctal plugs for dry eye treatment.

Dr. Doldolea was raised in the Lower mainland and attended Simon Fraser University. She graduated from Illinois College of optometry in Chicago in 2001 and joined our group that year.
Dr. Doldolea has been active in serving the profession of optometry and her patients. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Sahota was born and raised in Williams Lake, BC. She completed her B.Sc. at UBC in 1996. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry at Illinois College of Optometry in 2000, after which she complete a one year residency in Primary Care/Ocular Disease in Chicago. Afterwards she returned to work in her hometown of Williams Lake until December 2006. She then joined Complete EyeCare Optometry in January 2007.
Dr. Sahota brings great clinical experience to our practice, speaks Punjabi, and enjoys seeing patients of all ages.
